"Front desk start was helpful from the moment we checked in and advising us where things were. Location was central to everything we wanted to see and do. We arrived via KTX from Seoul and was easy to take a metro ride to the hotel."

"Full disclosure, booked this by mistake, but it was absolutely fine for 2 middle aged Brits! Between 2 tube stations and bus stop is outside. Beds were really comfortable, although you would have thought I was asking a receptionist for a kidney rather than an extra pillow, breakfast was not to our (western) taste. V happy that there was a working washing machine and tumble dryer."

"Perfectly decent hotel in a good location, in the heart of Busan. It’s a hike to the beaches but easy to hop on transit. Hotel is a bit dated and tired but comfortable enough. Lots of food and shopping right outside your door."

"very complete and clean suite..had the upper floor corner. Problem is that they dont provide paper towels for cleaning coffee spills and then if they decide to clean the room they wont clean the counter. Think only they take ou trash and sweep floor...not even tdoing the bed..this is very strange all over Korea. Only two coffee mugs provided, no cups for water. Don't bother with the strange coffee tea bags situation they taste very bad. Problem is that coffee places open late! There is Starbucks half a block away that opens at 8 and few blocks sotuh at 7 am on main ave. Yes i would stay again , but if i go again to Busan I would stay in diffrerent neighborhood"
