"اقمنا في الفندق لمدة اسبوعين. الفندق من انقى الفنادق. الاستقبال كان جيدا جدا.. طاقم الفندق رائع و مستعد للمساعدة، تسجيل الدخول و الاستقبال جيد جدا. الفطور صحي، كل شيء متوفر المسبح و صالة الرياضة جيدة جدا. .كل الخدمات ممتازة و لنا عودة اكيد لهذا الفندق."

"Great for a 1 night stay. Lots of good options closeby for food. Internet was good also. Breakfast is very simple - eggs we super soft runny and served no other way even when we mentioned we could not eat half raw eggs. No coffee available only weak tea. Toast with butter and kaya jam. Bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Cold filter water dispensers to fill bottles was great too."

"Before book read the room info properly. especially during MCO or CMCO because hotel might closed few wing. May be you guys can call hotel first before book. "

"Needed a place to sleep. TV wasn't working. The bedsheets weren't clean. Aircon was good. But location wise, this is convenient. A lot of shops nearby. Staff was also pleasant. They dont provide bottled water or a kettle. But they do provide a water dispenser and paper cups at each level. Ask for a higher level. I got a room at level 2 and it was a little noisy outside past midnight."

"hotel booked but never reflected in existing hotel system...waiting for hour to get things solved...was being notified that existing room was booked. Hence, require to top up addtional RM20 for other room / change room. "

"Expensive but no water heater, no house keeping service, no hotel breakfast and not even has lobby. Worst ever hotel im staying so far. Regardless how many star... my comment base on price and hotel facilities and accommodation. "

"Mould in shower. State of disrepair. Tv did t work. Shower started running water by itself. I left and booked into another hotel within 1 hour of arriving. Tried to get my money back. No success so far. "
