"Lovely hotel conveniently situated outside of the centre, allowing for a quieter stay and better night sleep. "There was false advertising. The pictures on Expedia showed something very very different. The bathroom sink was ridiculously small and narrow and the little shelf above it was placed in such a manner that it was impossible to brush your teeth without spilling on the floor. The staff was unhelpful we we complained about the false advertisement. They put the onus on Expedia, without showing any sense of liability themselves. Perhaps that is considered good customer service in Europe, but...
