"When we had a problem with our tv and sink, they moved us to another room. They solved that problem quickly, which we appreciated. To reach the front desk was difficult. No phone in the room and a robotic app answered the phone but couldn’t help with anything. That was very annoying.
The location was good. The rooms were super quiet. Breakfast was good. Get rid of the robot app and all will be well."

"Good: The hotel was clean and conveniently located near Viktualienmart and Marienplatz. There is a U-Bahn station and tram stop on the same block, which is convenient. There is a cafe / bar upon entry. The cost / night seemed much cheaper than other hotels. It seemed safe.
Bad: The room was tiny! We were supposed to have a king bed, but I don’t know if king means something different in Germany or if we just got a double bed instead. The only blanket on the bed wasn’t even as big as the bed, so...

"The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room we had was decorated with quaint German furniture. The location was absolutely perfect! Cafes, shops and restaurants were steps away and the public transportation was a quick 5 minute walk. The historic city center was just 10 minutes from the hotel by foot. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"We were in Europe for 5 weeks. We stayed here for just one night before we flew back to the USA because of its location to the airport. We regretted we had not stayed here for the time we spent in Munich. The hotel was pristine. We appreciated the split bathrooms and the size of the room. It was large enough to accommodate a sofa. "Es tut, was es soll. Das Hotel ist gut, Preis-Leistung stimmt. Ein Stern weniger wegen der Lage, da es doch ein bisschen abseits liegt. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist auch okay. Die Zimmer sind definitiv nicht hellhörig. Jalousien sind vorhanden, was für einen guten Schlaf sehr wichtig ist. Das Frühstück wurde nicht getestet."

"Abgesehen von den Schimmelflecken in den Ecken der Duchekabine war der Aufenthalt in dem Hotel sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und durch die Klimaregelung haben wir auch bei 30 grad Aussentemperatur gut schlafen können.
Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr umfangreich und die Bedienung sehr behilfsam und höflich.
Für das nächste Mal werden wir wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten."
