Best Western Plus Richmond Indiana I-70

"We loved everything about our stay at this best Western Plus. The staff were wonderful. MARISOL the day shift employee was constantly checking on Guests making sure everything is well and she also was constantly making sure everything was Cleaned. Kudos to all your staff. This was the best place we have stayed. Please recognize MARISOL and YARECCIS I hope I spilled her name right.. Thanks alot for everything"

"Check in great. Handicap accessibility very questionable. Cleanliness I could live with for a one night stay. TV totally sucked. Breakfast does not even qualify as such. Bathtub is a slippery lawsuit waiting to happen Nice service people. But. Won’t be back."

"Perfect place for a night or two. Absolutely adorable pull in pull out motel, CLEAN! The bed was super comfy, as well as the sheets and blankets. No fuss about the dogs, and at a 15 fee for their stay, plenty of green grass space to let them use the restroom, I’d easily stay again."

"Nothing fancy, but it all works for my husband and me. We regularly stop here as we drive cross country to visit relatives. The check-in is straightforward. The room is clean, the water pressure in the shower is good, the mattress works for both the one who prefers firm support and the other who prefers some cushion. The HVAC keeps up with our desired cool/cold temp. The breakfast is quite a bit better than other hotels at the same price point. We look forward to seeing the older gentleman who has charge of breakfast."

"A little hard to get to during the US 40 construction, but due to the traffic light being at the turn to get into the service road, not a big deal. Property being behind other more frontage hotel etc it hotel was more secluded and thus definitely felt safe although the area was safe in general. Very clean room and had a quiet restful sleep."
