"There is NOWHERE to pull up and check in to this property, and its location means there is no direct way to get to it unless you're coming along Bell St from the west (which is likely the most common I guess), but if you miss the last minute swerve off into a dual lane one way street (which the locals do at 70km/h), you're either doing loops or a U-turn on one of the business suburban streets in Melb. When you do get that right, there are maybe 15 parks out the front (so you can imagine how...

"Clean room. Can find free street parking. A little far to walk to the main restaurant area but the river is very nearby if you want to take a walk or jog."

"Onsite parking for a fee but secure. Staff were lovely. The room however was dirty. Hair in the shower drain and needed a good clean. Not impressed. In the kitchen if you have the kettle on and plug in laptop (which is what we did) it trips the fuse and you have no power. Not good. Luckily we were only there for one night. The coffee machine in reception is good however again, not cleaned properly. "

"The stay exceeded expectations. We stayed as a family in a one bedroom and a two bedroom room. Loved the spacious two bedroom. Kitchenette was very useful. Room was clean and modern. The bed was super comfortable. Can’t fault the stay . Enjoyed the gym and indoor pool and spa. Close proximity to the city. Lovely stay highly recommend."
