沙滩无维护

海景不错,但没有直通海边沙滩的隧道,去往海边沙滩最近的门关闭,需要从大堂正门绕行。海边沙滩没有任何设施,没有躺椅,没有遮阳伞,没有维护,没有灯光,可以认为这个沙滩和万豪一点关系都没有。10楼的过道非常热,等电梯十分煎熬。早餐人很多时有两人占了三四张桌子,十分嚣张。

环境清静

位置近海口新码头,环境清静,床舒适,就是可能因为近海所以房间有少许霉味和湿气,多植物和水所以有蚊,房间有驱蚊液但游泳玩水被咬了,整体来说不错的

让人惊喜的亲子酒店

我们是家庭来渡假的,虽然可能因为疲情影响,酒店很多设施没有开,但是员工的服务非常好,整体体验200分! 房间都是带阳台朝海的,景色非常好,就是蚊子有点多,黄昏开始就建议不要出阳台了,酒店也有给小朋友提供防蚊带。 我们随行带了三岁半的小朋友,没想到万豪的亲子活动非常丰富,每天都安排得挺满,尤其是周末,做小饼干、pizza,游水、插花、调鸡尾酒等等等等,能参加的我们都尽量参加,因为实在也没什么事做了。。 特别感谢其中曾淑川和杜统的员工,非常亲切,很有爱心,一直把小朋友照顾的非常好,让我们在酒店的体验非常好,在这里特别感谢一下入住万豪期间他们的照顾,非常推荐有小朋友的家庭入住,不要错过酒店安排的亲子活动!

Nice hotel at Haikou outskirts

Rooms are well kept, housekeeping is very attentive and provides enough amenities by observing people who stayed in (i have kids) The hotel is beside the convention center phase 2, hence it could be a bit noisy for light sleepers in the morning, even though the soundproofing is quite good (light metal knocking sounds). The plus side is theres lesser people and its much more serene in the hotel, as it is pretty much insulated from any construction sound. Room is big and comfortable to accommodate 4 asian sized adults. They have a reasonably sized adult pool and kids pool which was good. We took up the offer to upgrade our rooms rmb400 for 3 nights to get access to the Exec lounge at L8 and breakfast for 2. Lounge has PCs, can print 15 copies and have snack and biscuits selections. Theres beer and wines too. As its slightly situated at the outskirts, may not be convenient for those who didnt book pre-arranged transportations. It would be more suitable for business travellers

We enjoyed a relaxed start of our trip throughout Southern China in this wonderful hotel. Rooms very clean, nice restaurant (with very good breakfast), well-equipped gym, nice swimming pools.

Beautiful and peaceful

Beautiful gardens, peaceful, lovely pools, tranquil and well looked after. Shopping centre taxi ride away, otherwise there is nothing around (some construction). Kids enjoyed and so did we. Recommendations!

The property is on the beach. Very nice location. Design is magnificent! There is a construction site close by. It broke the power line. We lost power for 5 hours in dark. I was given two dinner certificate for compensation. Just got them in mail. Nice work.

nice and elegant hotel but far away from CBD

far away from everything, very inconvenience. have the dinner buffet at the hotel, cause of low occupancy, so not many guests dining, and even though plenty of food varieties but all the food taste plain, quality of fruit and dessert all not up to standard. consider the price of $288RMB plus 15% service charge per person, the food should be better

We stayed for one week in this hotel and everything was excellent. The room and the hotel were fantastic. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Very good location right on the water and a fairly short taxi ride to many different sights and shopping (for my wife). I would definetly recommend and will stay here again. Five star experience. FYI other hotels we stayed at on this trip, Legendale in Beijing and Yuda Palace in Zhengzhou. My wife liked the Marriot the best

Good hotel but impolite frontline staff

It was rather an unforgettable and disgusting memory that we experienced in Haikou Marriott Hotel. On arrival to the Marriott Haikou Hotel at around 3:00 pm, My wife and I we were served by Allen in the check-in counter. He showed impatience and dislike which might properly due to our poor Putonghua communication. At the later stage of the registration, we were caught by surprise and shock by his very rude act upon his throwing the receipt for paying the deposit onto the bench without saying a word. We were both astonished and scared by his very impolite behaviour. I wonder why a frontline customer service officer would behave in such a rude manner that I have never experienced before. When my wife wanted to enquire him about the arrangement of the shuttle bus service, though we were still staying right in front of him, his eyes kept on looking to the far end to evade from any eye contact with my wife not until the time when my wife asked him if she could ask something. The answer given by him was negative. We were in doubt of the answer which was contrary to what we learned from the internet that fixed shuttle bus service was provided. Luckily, another staff Jeff at the concierge was very helpful and could arrange the shuttle bus service for us. The swimming pools are very amazing to us though the Jacuzzi in the swimming pool was under repair. I hope the reputable brand of Marriott Hotel would not be rotten by some impolite frontline staff.

시설은 특급이나 직원들은 특급이 아닌 호텔

시설물은 뭐 특출나게 감동적이기까지는 않지만 그런대로 특급호텔 같고 좋았습니다. 그런데 직원들의 수준은 다소 불편할 정도로 특급호텔에 걸맞지 않다고 느꼈습니다. 후런트를 제외하고는 다른 지역은 거의 영어가 전혀 안통합니다. 서울에서 조식포함으로 비용지불해쓴데 체크인 할 때 식사 비포함이라고 해서 다시 따지고 얘기해서 식사포함으로 정정해 받았습니다. 바우쳐에 써 있는데 후런트 직원들이 익스피디아의 바우처를 읽는 것이 생소한 것으로 느껴졌습니다. 결국 바우쳐에 써 있는 welcome drink는 못받았습니다. 아침식사할 때 부페에서 커피가 다 떨어졌는데 얘기를 해도 30분가량을 조치가 안되는 등 식사시에도 불편함이 느껴졌습니다. 계란을 scrambled 정도는 미리 해서 담아두면 좋은데 미리해서 담아둔 것은 over hard 밖에 없어서 scrambled는 따로 해달라고 얘기해야 해주는데 영어가 잘 안통해서 원히는 스타일의 계란도 포기했습니다.

環境優美酒,標準的五星級酒店,服務員非常有禮貌! 唯獨是酒店的餐飲服務,只有三間餐廳,中一間要預訂先會開,附近沒有餐飲所以只有酒店的餐飲可以使用! 整體來說,還可以!

Terrible experience

We booked 6 rooms. We have old folks,couple with children and single adult. The information provided by the staff are all wrong with regards to the bed type.its was quite a walking distance to the rooms. Due to the wrong information provided. We were given smoking room.the whole room was filled with cigarettes smell with no choice we have to open the sliding door through out the night to allow fresh air into the room. Due to the wrong advise,one of the couple carrying their sleeping child walk couple of distance just to find the right bed type from room to room. Next morning we Asked the staff at the counter,can we change the room due to the cigarette smell, good enough they change. we also inform the staff we have to checked out at 630am the next day, will it be possible to have some coffee and bread to go. The staff said yes.after all these arrangement done. we still thinking that after all this hotel was not that bad.. But but to our horrible.. When we check out the next day.. No breakfast was prepared!OMG. How can a reputable hotel never deliver their promise! It's a total different experience with the Marriott at Sanya. Marriott Sanya was fabulous. May I ask did all your staff went for different training. How come the service standard so far apart.. I will not come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.
