"This is the only terrible experience I have had for so many years of traveling. The bathroom is leaking badly like fountain, the bath tub has the similar size as the one for dogs in North America. It takes 5 steps from entrance to bedding area and no railing in the outside: for me this is a safely issue for any steps higher than 2 feet without railing. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really small but the bathrooms are really clean and have this great 2 headed shower. 1 is a waterfall head and the other is a wand. Also the rooms hallway were motion activated. They also have laundry which was really nice not bring home a bunch of dirty laundry."
