하코다테역에서는 좀 떨어져있지만 호텔 바로 앞에 노면전차 정류장이 있어 교통은 문제 없습니다. 바다에 면해 있어 바다풍경도 보기 좋고, 방은 매우 깨끗하고 욕실이 넉넉합니다. 조식도 깔끔합니다. 도보로 15분 정도면 하코다테 로프웨이까지 갈 수 있고 주변에 스타벅스와 럭키삐에로 같은 음식점도 여럿 있습니다.
