The property is relatively huge and everything is well-equipped. You will feel safe using the items they provide. The bath on basement is extremely huge and iconic for relaxation. Negatives are that you won’t have much space to open up your luggage.

The villa is great. We loved everything about the unit. It was spacious and clean, had lots of amenities, and the private onsen was great. The layout for us (6 people) was awesome. The unit had multiple toilets and places to get ready. The fully equipped kitchen was very much welcomed. While we did not cook, and only heated up store-bought food and cup noodles, there are pots and pans and even an outdoor grill if you want to cook. There is even a vending machine that has limited food options to cook. There are drawbacks, and mainly it is the location. It is not easy to get there with public transportation, there are no convenient store within walking distance and restaurant options are limited. Also this check in was harder than it needed to be. The app/link they sent ahead of time for check in was slow and kept having error, so I ended checking in on the tablet in the room, but that was a bad expereince as well. It took over 45 min for me to self check in, scan passports, type in information etc... But overall, we really enjoyed the time we spent at the Villa and onsen. Great place to relax and decompress and have a rest/slow day.

It was great experience for family trip and no surprises, but there are few things to improve. 1. Booking via Expedia is lacking communication. (Booked BBQ, but Sukiyaki was prepared) 2. Neighbor group was very noisy until 1am. Thank you.

Checkin was an ipad. No people. Hotels.com never gave me my booking reference for the hotel so we couldnt check in. Finally found a way to contact what appears to be a Rakuten call centre and they gave me my booking ref. I had to then manually enter loads of info, photograph passports and faces of all guests, on a fixed ipad with kids is hard. Worst checkin process of any hotel ive stayed in. However the rooms were very nice.

お部屋は大変満足でまた機会があれば行きたいです。ただセルフチェックインの手順の連絡が当日のお昼を過ぎてもなく、こちらから確認の電話をしなくてはいけなかったこと(メールは午前中に送信済みと言われたが届いてない)宿泊者全員タブレットでチェックインする必要があり、家族で行ってたので同じ住所を何回も入力が面倒だったことは改善して欲しいです。
