Musashino Bekkan
Very classic old school ryokan. Sure it's a little warn out but that's part of the charm. Think Hotel Grand Budapest. in Japan. Hakone Kowakien TEN-YU
Staff is very friendly, professional and attentive to details. Nice hotel and onsen, a bit surprised that dinner (non buffet style) is served at a different location and need a courtesy ride to go in a group, quite unexpected, would prefer if it could be held at the hotel instead.

Prince Smart Inn Atami
This hotel had a great vibe and really friendly staff. Extremely close to the train station which wasn't a noise issue at all. I really loved everything about staying there.
