Clean room. Most of the staff are nice and helpful especially Mr. Yamamoto. He is very nice and considerate. One of the day we stayed was raining heavily and our shoes got wet. He worried that we'd be cold and took the initiative to lend us an electric kettle to boil water.

Disappointing. Booked as a treat. Not met by any staff on arrival. Instead staff wanted times for dinner and breakfast … insistent on both before we had even been taken to room. Taken to room we had not booked with a broken bed in it. Had to explain room we booked was Tatami/Japanese not western. ...
