"Great rooms,staff are very polite and friendly. Dislike, the breakfast could have been hotter but I've been assured that new warming plates are being ordered. Maybe the introduction of bacon....we left before, 7am to catch our flight.so missed out on breakfast, staff don't start until 7.30 am. No night porter /reception, for a 4 star boutique hotel not that professional."

"One of the best hotels I've stayed in. We stayed in a Sands Tower Suite with breakfast. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The other restaurants on site are gorgeous, the food was one of our highlights! Staff were so welcoming & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We got engaged here, so will deffo be back & I can't wait!!"

Unser Zimmer war top, mit allem ausgestattet was Mann/Frau braucht und auch kostenlose Bademäntel waren vorhanden. Beim Frühstück war alles da, was man sich wünschte und noch mehr (frisch zubereitetes Omelett 🤗). Nach dem ersten Tag brauchte ich auch unsere Zimmernummer nicht mehr nennen, weil der Concierge Herr Nevadin alles sich gemerkt hat…...

"This was our 3rd visit to the Pergola. Love the location away from the main road and the view from the hotel across to the church and Gozo in the background is amazing. We had breakfast included and the choice was excellent. The hotel is part of a group called G3 and we have eaten at several of their restaurants and the standard is also excellent. "On arrival as we were checking in we were brought a lovely cold local drink which was very refreshing. We were surprised to discover our Junior Suite was on an Executive floor, which meant we were able to use the Executive lounge while waiting for our room to be ready which was very pleasant as we were tired from our journey. "The Hotel was dated. We had no air conditioning and tv for 2 days in our room. The staff did say we could move rooms but that was late at night 10.30 pm. Ive heard that it is going to be closed and updated at the end of the season. The Hotel is very central. the swimming pool was good. the outside pool was lovely but could have done with sun umbrellas as it was hot. The food in the restaurant was good in the evening."

"All of the staff were friendly from the moment we checked in until we left which given that it was at 3.30 am they were still smiling (Michael) The room was clean and every day it was the same high standard, breakfast was very good, again the staff were outstanding in their service, nothing was too much trouble. "Lovely, spacious room and stunning view over Balluta Bay. Hotel feels quite claustrophobic compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area and food choices quite limited. Some of the staff were excellent, particularly housekeeping and reception, but it was sometimes difficult to get someone's attention on the terrace or in the lounge. It felt more appropriate for business travel rather than our biannual trip to visit Maltese family, but we had a good stay nevertheless."
