"Great hotel. Would return and recommend. Only downside was that the bottles of water in the room were not complimentary. The cost was $8 plus an 18% service charge. Nearly $20 for 2 bottles. It’s not made clear and the font size was extremely small. I can imagine that it’s caught a few guests out. I only found out when our door was knocked by the chap replenishing them. I’m sure Universal can make this much clearer."

"The property is brand new and in pristine condition. It's in a great location new Universal Epic and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast is delicious and fresh. The hotel is an EXCELLENT value, and I look forward to staying here again."
