"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel did not deliver what was advertised. One of the main reasons we booked this property was for the water slides and resort amenities, but the slides were only open for a few hours each day, making it nearly impossible to enjoy them. To make matters worse, the kids’ slide was broken during our stay.
We were also charged a resort fee, yet we were unable to take advantage of the amenities that fee was supposed to cover. Paying extra for amenities that were either unavailable or had such limited hours felt very misleading.
Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertising. If you’re choosing this hotel for the resort features, I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you can confirm everything is fully operational before booking."
