"1. Even after having a reservation, it took about 30 minutes before I got the room key because the gentleman couldn't log into the computer without finally getting help from the manager which I believe was his wife.
2. It was 93 degrees in the room when we walked in, so it took a good 30-45 minutes before it got cooled down.
3. We had only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper for a two night stay!
4. They do not have ice, so we had to go to the nearest gas station to get some; a $3.99 purchase we...

"No one was there to check me in, but staff arrived to give me a key and they were nice. Unfortunately, room was disgusting. Found no bugs on the bed when I arrived, so decided to suck it up and spend the night. Woke up with a dozen bed bug bites on my neck and back."
