"The stay was great and as we have experienced before. The room wasn't as clean as last time and the buffet breakfast wasn't as good as last time. Still a great stay and will definitely use again. But just a little bit different from the first time. "

"Great accommodation. Cat welcomed us at the lobby and checked us in early as the room was already available. We also got free parking through Expedia VIP access. The 2 bedroom was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The washer/dryer also worked perfectly. "

"Its the worst place i have ever stayed in. Payed for 4 nights left after 1 night. Would like a refund. Its so dirty and smells terrible.l have a lung condition ans could not breathe. Previous peoples rubbish still there plus no clean towels or kitchen cloths. Bedside lamp had no shade and a broken off prong on the plug. Kitchen chairs where fillfy dirty as where the bed covers. "Staff were helpful with a late check in. 95% clean and tidy. Unplugged the noisy bar fridge and the shower connection to the wall does not have long for this world, other than that no complaints. "

"Disappointed to have only 2 coffee sachets supplied - my friend & I both elderly & find it hard to negotiate stairs so going down to office for more not an easy option. Would be great if info about nearby food options supplied eg. It was only in daylight we realised there was a NW supermarket across the road. "

"Lots of parking but most on a steep hill, building was ok, a touch dated but priced accordingly. Tried to add a night onto tail end of stay but rate was 1.5x what we had paid originally so did not extend the stay. Would stay again, great view from the 2 bed unit "

"I stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many places, and very convenient. The room was super clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything felt very well maintained. The staff were also very nice, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The only thing I would say could be improved is the late checkout policy. "Rooms are really nice, the lady who checked me in, was quite rude as i was parked outside in space 1 marked for Ramada, i checked in and paid for secure parking, but was told to move immediately and leave my bags etc at the counter, she stated to park in the space behind reception, which I did as I have parked there previously. To be then told i parked in the wrong spot !! She failed to give clear instructions"

"Never saw any staff, only talked by phone which was weird as it was during business hours. Parking was easy. The room was ok but not super clean, although the beds were comfortable. But the price was right for being not too far from the airport."
