One of the best hotel staff experiences I have ever had. When they found out that my mom was having surgery at the hospital near by, they send a small gift to my room in support. It was so sweet and caring and really buoyed my spirits. Would absolutely recommend. "

From the moment we got there and were welcomed by staff to the beautiful rooms and the amazing dining experiences, this hotel is definitely a cut above! The Drift Restaurant has the BEST Lobster Croissant…I will be dreaming about that dish forever. If you want to stay at a hotel in a great harbour location in Halifax, with wonderful amenities, that is going to treat you exceptionally well - this is it!"

"Breakfast was mediocre at best. For the cost of a stay, which also included an addition fee of $27 a night for onsite parking, the quality of the breakfast was not even as good as you would get at a much cheaper hotel, based on personal experience. It is a typical buffet, cafeteria style, adjacent to the dining area. The breakfast choices were also typical, but the lack of either bacon or sausages, was disappointing. Even worse, we then discovered that they were available, but had to be...

"It was close to the boardwalk and lots of restaurants and shops. A quick walk to the ferry to go to Dartmouth. Staff were friendly and accomodating. "

"First of all ,the breakfast was great tonnes of choices,hot and cold The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating Property was clean overall ,there was a small blood stain on the comforter however which they replaced immediately, assuming was a washed set stain . The property is situated close waterfront and many other attractions ,all walkable And the price was great for end of april"

"It was as pictured. Very clean. Check-in instructions were clear. Off-loading space out front and parking very close by. Fans provided in each room for white noise was perfect for me (as I am not used to city noise). Kitchen well stocked with items needed to cook. Clean towels and laundry access availabe and easy to use. It was lovely to have the space a hotel couldn't offer at a great price."
