10/10 Excellent

"Staff extremely polite and makes an effort to communicate in English using translation app. Enjoyed the pools, slide and the onsen. Breakfast buffet highly recommended when staying at this hotel. We really enjoyed the variety. Loved the butler service and the valet parking was very good! Although it is a beach front hotel, we never got a chance to swim in mid May due to low tide. There is a very small area that is roped off for guests to swim. Very disappointed that we never got to swim at the beach. We only enjoyed the view from the room."

"The hotel was central and easy to find with our car rental. Japanese hospitality has been top notch at every hotel and this was no exception. We were met at our car, escorted to check in and up to our room. We were later than expected and looking for a quick snack ending up at the 18th floor lounge. We were surprise by the 550Y “cover charge” to go in. Other than that we were very happy with this beautiful, central hotel!"
