"CONS: Not impressed with the quality of the beds/bedding (outdated/old/worn). Carpet was in need of a deep cleaning or better yet, replacement! Patio and furniture were filthy. Refrigerator was in poor working order. Fixtures were poorly installed. PROS: Location was convenient to amenities and places of interest. Would not rebook however."

"Our stay at the Fern Studio was excellent. The hosts, Elaine and Carter, were so incredibly kind and very communicative. Providing instructions early prior to our arrival and gave us lots of tips while we were there. Especially for the National Park next door."

"This was an amazing space to stay. It was refreshing and rejuvenating. The hosts were incredibly helpful and informative about the area. We definitely hope to stay there again in the future!"

We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible! It was a bad experience. "
