"Staff lovely and accommodating, room was spacious, lovely view of the river, comfy bed and clean fresh bathroom. Had a lovely evening meal in the sun by the river, and breakfast was great. And all for a very reasonable price, would definitely stay again"

"First impressions from the outside were not great as it really doesn’t look like the pictures and is very weathered. Staff were fantastic as was the breakfast. Room had everything we needed, however shower leaked below barrier onto floor and the soap trays were not very clean which was a bit off putting. Some of the furniture looked a bit worn but and the lack of a mini bar is a glaring omission as we had to go down for a bucket of ice twice. Other than that we did enjoy our stay although I do...

"Stayed here to attend a conference on site which was convenient. Breakfast is very good and I really liked the on site spa and fitness facilities. The spa had a promotion with the hotel which was good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. Would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room although the hotel staff allowed me to keep things in reception. The reception staff are generally very helpful except one male manager during my stay who was not very flexible or helpful."
