"Check in was a breeze, the staff member who helped us was very friendly! The room was awful, so bad that we chose to leave a night early. Upon check out they didn't even ask why we were leaving a day early. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and tons of water damage, the curtains had holes in it, there was a sizable brown stain on the wall, and more. I didn't ask to switch rooms bc if they are ok with putting people in a room with visible issues, I can't imagine what cannot be seen....

"Stayed here with 3 kids and had a great time. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was wonderful and very helpful. We stayed around Easter time and the hotel would hide Easter eggs around the hotel daily with prizes for the kids. They absolutely loved it! The pool was a big hit too. On our first morning we accidentally came too late for breakfast and the wonderful staff made sure we still got something to eat. 10/10 would stay here again!"

"It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower."

"The property is maintained well. The room was spacious and clean. Having a good size mini fridge, microwave and table with chairs was very much appreciated. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The outdoor pool was awesome. Area was very peaceful. We went bowling nearby and had an amazing time. A bit too far from Sight and Sound theater which was the reason for our trip but it was our decision to book there."

"We booked this place last minute on a road trip. We chose it for convenience and the amenities, pool for my daughter and gym for the husband. We decided to go by and check them out after we checked in only to find out the pool was closed for a chemical imbalance and the gym was closed for a major water leak, but it looked fine from the outside.
