So filthy.. hair and yellow stains all over the bed under and sides of mattress.. used condom wrapper and cloths behind night stand. Toilet seat not attached. Telephone made a cloth black that I wiped it down with. Decided to go to another hotel and when I said I would be doing a review with photos he said…oh well I was going to give you a discount but now I won’t. He did in the end but it was literally like having a discussion with a 10 year old . I wish I could include the photos here

I was told that I got an upgraded room, meaning a ground floor room. There were sliding doors to the outside which I could park my car near. Very handy to move in and move out. The breakfast server was exceptionally pleasant.

Great stay here! A short drive from the Burlington GO station. 1 hour train ride to Union Station Toronto. Simple, clean room. Quiet. Very affordable. Breakfast was way better than it had to be given the price. Easy, free parking. Kept to the room and the lobby, so I won’t speak to the rest of the hotel. Recommended!

Nobody knows how to answer the front desk phones. They should really work on their customer service at front desk. I was trying to reach the hotel for over an hour no one picking up or calling back
