Great receptionists; great customer service. Few things were not working when we stayed. The door card keys were not working. When we entered the room, the bathroom sink was not working. Because we checked in late, maintenance was not available so they gave us another room. Furnitures have aged.

This hotel falls way below the standards of a hotel chain even as a Super 8. Our late arrival was met with a very slow check in process. No room keys available therefore night clerk needed to open our room doors. The room was very dated with very water stained towels as wel. No stars for this reason

Room access card machine was out for repair and we would have needed to ask to be let into our room every time we went out. In addition the room was absolutely disgusting. The leather sofa was totally worn out, not fit for a dog to lie on. This hotel should be torn down it is so old and decrepit. Remove them from your site.

This was probably the worst stay I have had at a hotel in many years. #1 They could not give me a key to my room. They escorted myself and family to my room opened the door and told me that if I leave I need to report to the front counter and they would let me back into my room. #2 The ceiling stucco was falling off of the ceiling and the drywall in the bathroom was rotting from being wet. #3 The carpets were absolutely disgusting with stains. and the room had a horrible smell. Finally the staff gave my entire family a bad feeling. We felt unwelcomed. The way the facility was taken care of. I had the sense that this Super 8 was not actually part of the portfolio anymore and the signs had not been taken down yet. I find it hard to believe that Super 8 would allow a facility to represent the name and brand in this state of repair.

Rooms need to be upgraded. Heat took awhile to start. No room key. Holes in walls. More than 2 pillows. Office chair needs to be replaced. Material was worn. Hallways were very cold

Some less than rave reviews had me concerned, but the hotel is so close to Hamilton Airport that I chose it anyway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and warm. There were simple breakfast supplies even at 5:30 am. A friendly taxi driver took me to the airport in the snow at 6:15 am for only $15. Nothing fancy, and certainly furniture needs upgrading. But if you just want a quiet, comfortable night's sleep and save money, I recommend it!

I do not usually give bad reviews but this room was awful. It was freezing cold with no extra blankets. I had to wear clothes to bed to make up for that. The runnings water with the shower head in the tub. Only showers apparently. I had two very small bumpy pillows. And it’s smelled not so nice. Breakfast was grab and go sugar… with an apple. Sorry, one star from me is pretty bad as I’m quite nice…. Wow.

Dated, dirty, ridiculously expensive for its location, door keys didn’t work, wifi was spotty, no bfast service and what there was was burnt coffee and apples.

The room was horrible. We had to switch from the first room because it was obvious the sheets were not changed from the last guests. Then with the second room the furniture was old and worn out. Not leather left on the chairs - All cracked and worn off. You couldn't see the TV from the bed. Only if you were standing in the little kitchen. I took pictures andmwill be asking for some sort of refund. Never again will I book at Super 8.
I can get better furniture in a dump.
I have never seen a more worn out piece of furniture like this in a hotel

The carpet was pulling away from the floor and the nails underneath were showing. It’s a typical “close to the airport, low price” hotel. The key locks on the doors weren’t working, she had to let us in each time if we left our room. The staff at the front desk was very lovely and very helpful!

This property is badly worn down. From a pitch black parking lot (almost all the lights are not working), to furniture that is worn through to a heater that was not working. Recommend staying somewhere else even if is costs a bit more and is further from the airport.

ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT OLD AND NEEDED A MAJOR SPRUCEING UP. THE FURNITURE ALL REQUIRES REPLACEMENT. tHE KEY MACHINE WAS INOPERATIVE AND A STAFF PERSON HAD TO OPEN THE ROOM DOOR.

The place is a dive and confirmed by other guests as well. No key cards, apparently this has been an on ongoing issue for months. The rooms are a disaster, the toilets do not sit securely, the carpet is frayed, the heater either doesn't work or is intermittent, the handle came off the tap, the furniture is damaged, the mattresses need to be replaced, 2 flat pillows. The list goes on and breakfast is a farce. The patio doors do not lock properly. We should have been warned due to other past reviews. Other people are staying elsewhere either though this hotel is closest to the airport. With a reno this could be a good hotel.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was close to the airport but there was dog hair on the bed linens. The vinyl covering on the couch was worn off. There was an unpleasant odour in the hallway which fortunately, didn’t permeate the room. There was a dog on the floor which barked. The entrance to the hotel from the road was poorly marked. There were no lights on the hotel sign. We weren’t sure it was even open when we arrived. My daughter wanted to leave. The continental breakfast consisted of granola bars, apples and mini muffins. There wasn’t even bread to make toast. Would not recommend and will not be staying there again
