Hotel bon marché proche plage, piscines agréables

Hôtel agréablement situé, zone balnéaire équidistante entre Hammamet et Nabeul, mer proche, piscines et jardins. On accède a pied à beaucoup de petits commerces. Hors saison: aucune animation dans l'hôtel ni villes alentours. Seule une discothèque tout près. Ambiance silencieuse et même bien morte! Bon rapport qualité prix car hôtel bon marché en pension. Petit déjeuner très bien, mais diner et déjeuners peu variés, boissons un peu chères. Personnel aimable , mais service très minimal de la réception qui n'a aucun plan touristique, ni pub, ni renseignements disponibles et qui refuse même de passer un coup de fil local de confirmation!

Niveau rapport qualité prix rien à redire ne vous attendez pas à que ce soit le sheraton mais je tiens à dire aux mauvaises langues que cet hôtel n'est pas un désastre comme certains le disent mais plutôt correct vis à vis de sa clientèle. Au niveau cuisine vous n'êtes pas aussi sur de la haute gastronomie mais vous avez tout ce qu'il faut pour vous coupez la faim seul inconvénient ce sont les boissons à volonté à ne pas boire surtout inbuvable

Horrible!

Chambre très sale, bruyant, personnel incompétent ... salle de bain berk on a trouvé des bêtes dans les sanitaires , lit inconfortable , je ne le recommande à personne!

L'endroit de l'hôtel est agréable mais malheureusement le personnel est antipathique et aussi l'hôtel est mal fréquenter, le petit déjeuner est très pauvre avec un jus imbuvable., un hotel décevant.

La réception ne répond jamais au téléphone. L'accueil reste très partiel digne d'un hôtel de premier prix. L hôtel est très sale et mal entretenu, vous verrez des matelas parterre, un ascenseur délabré. Concernant la chambre, sale! Très sale! Les serviettes manquent et ne sont pas lavées. Une odeur de remontee des conduis a aussi été contacté. Enfin à propos de la restauration, je préfère aller dîner au restaurant du coeur. Pour 2 nuits à 130 euros, ça n'est pas sérieux. J'ai passé une nuit et ai quitte l'hôtel aussitôt.

Overall fine but terrible room conditions

First the positive stuff – the staff in this hotel are nice and friendly and try their best to help and entertain the guests. The reception, restaurant, pool facilities and building itself look good and are maintained well. There are 3 external pools that accommodate kids and adults. Breakfast Buffet was included in our package and was satisfactory. The hotel has its own private beach which is within walking distance from the hotel. However the rooms in this hotel are not worthy of 3 STARS and definitely not upto the 3 STARS standards. Everything in the room was scruffy, worn off, untidy and dirty. We found cigarette burn marks on our over-sheets and hairs everywhere on the floor and on bed sheets. The bath tub had lots of marks and toilet pedestal was broken. I appreciate that its one of the low-cost hotel but the hotel had 3 starts rating and there’s some basic cleaning standards expected from a 3 start hotel which unfortunately was not the case. It seems like no one ever done any repair or maintenance work since its been built.

Pas bon souvenir chambre pas tres propre les couloirs sont sale, et je trouve quon donne les meilleures chambres aux touriste de lest ou occident. Animations zero avec leur loto le soir qui dure 1 h. Je ny reviendrai plus jirai au president c le meilleur.

Personnel de restauration

Déçu non pas de la nourriture mais du personnel du restaurant qui récupère votre assiette et vos couverts alors que vous êtes encore à table voir encore en train de manger!!! Dommage...sinon animation et piscine agréable.

Non di lusso ma tranquillo e simpatico

Il Kinza e' in un complesso insieme ad altri 2 hotel (Zenith e un altro che non ricordo), in internet trovate info principalmente sotto Zenith, ma e' tutto lo stesso. Non e' certo un hotel di lusso se cercate questo, ma ha una dimensione... come dire... "umana" che ce lo ha fatto piacere. Il personale e' principalmente locale, molto disponibile. L'animazione e' artigianale ma simpatica, e talvolta gli spettacoli serali sono di qualità apprezzabile. Cucina locale, cibo piuttosto vario, certamente abbondante, anche se si formano spesso code dove sono serviti i piatti migliori o preparati al momento. Sicuramente il posto ha vissuto tempi migliori, attualmente i turisti sono principalmente locali (tunisia, algeria) e dall'est (russia, repubblica ceca) pochissimi europei. Nonostante tutto l'esperienza e' stata positiva. Positivo il fatto che dopo le 11 diventa molto tranquillo e silenzioso, mai avuto problemi di rumori notturni. Forse la nota più negativa sono le bevande... vino terribile, altre bibite appena accettabili, la cosa migliore e' la birra, a meno di non acquistare bevande in bottiglia (a prezzi da ristorante italiano). Evitate gli alcolici al bar (cari e di qualità infima).

Paradis för en familjesemester!

Jag rekommenderar starkt detta hotell för barnfamiljer. Det bästa med hotellet är deras så kallade "animation team" som består av ett gäng underbara ungdomar som ser till att humöret alltid är på topp. De är extremt underhållande och håller i aktiviteter vid poolen och stranden på dagarna, dans på kvällarna och avslutningsvis shower varje kväll där de ofta dansar, extremt duktiga dansare! De får med sig hela publiken och barnen hade aldrig tråkigt! Efter showen fick de äldre gå på hotellets disco som ungdomarna sedan gick till och livade upp med sina grymma danssteg. Maten var även jätte bra! Jätte stort utbud med allt personer som står och grillar kött eller fisk, till personer som står och lagar tunisiska specialiteter framför dig, till en pizzabagare som gör nybakta pizzor, utöver detta fanns det stora bufféer med allt från bakelser och pajer till grönsaker, frukt och olika maträtter. Pasta, spagetti och pizza var de maträtterna som alltid fanns resterande var varierande maträtter. Läsk, vin och öl fick man ta obegränsat av. Många kom fram med stora PET-flaskor som dom ville ha påfyllda med t ex fanta, och det fick man utan konstigheter. Servicen och personalen var väldigt bra. Alltid trevliga och överraskade ibland med reserverade bord dekorerat med blommor osv. Personalen var flerspråkiga och pratade allt från engelska, franska, tyska och ryska. Främst engelska och franska dock. Förstår inte hur detta hotell kan var tre-stjärnigt då personalen verkligen kämpar med underhållningen dag och natt, utan att tappa humöret. Mina barn ville inte lämna hotellet och de var i åldrarna 14, 16 och 20år. Måste tillägga att jag var orolig över tidigare kommentarer jag läst om hotellet innan jag åkte hit. Finns verkligen ingen förklaring till de kommentarerna, hotellet heter nu "zenith hotell" då en ägaren har köpt kinza och anais hotell. Tycker definitivt ni ska få chansen att uppleva det jag och mina barn har fått. För det är verkligen otroligt bra och helt förvånande att de lyckas ha så låga priser men ändå så mycket mat, så många anställda som jobbar inprincip dygnet runt. Lovar att ni som barnfamilj aldrig kommer ångra er! / Super nöjd kund! (Hade min vistelse här juli 2014).

Bien pour les familles !

Hôtel est situé trop au nord d'Hammamet , l’hôtel bien entretenu . Mixité de tourisme avec personnel multilingue . Restauration bien dans l'ensemble avec plat traditionnel tunisien . Chambre de taille moyenne mais propre . Piscines agréable pour toute la famille . Le service d'animation est présent la journée mais préfère les jolies filles plutôt que le reste des touristes .... Peu de choix de boissons alcoolisées dans le all incluse et en plus de mauvaise qualité . Plage a 150 mètres de l’hôtel . Le show proposé pas les animateur est vraiment top : - Divertissant - Très marrant - Danse dynamique et professionnel Le meilleur show jamais vu depuis mes 5 voyages dans ce pays L’hôtel possédè une belle discothèque ou les touristes des autre établissements alentour viennent s'y amuser .

Dégradation à tous les niveaux

L'accueil à la réception est glacial .Adieu à la boisson de bienvenue que l'on servait dans le temps .Le personnel est glacial . La propreté de la chambre est correcte .Les autres dépendances de l'hôtel ne sont pas aussi bien entretenues .Le pire est observable chaque matin lorsque les proposés au bar procèdent au nettoyage et rejettent l'eau sale au pied de la douche de la piscine et de la pataugeoire laissant une marre d'eau noire passage obligatoire pour accéder à la piscine . Les boissons non alcoolisées sont infectes sinon dangereuses de part leur acidité .L'eau servie au bar et au restaurant provient du robinet et est imbuvable si elle n'est pas glacée tant elle contient du chlore . La plus grande des dégradation est au niveau du restaurant tant du point de vue qualitatif que quantitatif . Seul du poulet ou de la dinde en quantités limités sont servis tous les jours .Le poisson n'est pas de qualité .Les entrées ,les accompagnements ,les fruits sont de qualité médiocre .Pendant deux jours on a servi de la pomme que le plus affamé des cochons aurait refusé de manger . Le petit déjeuner est un cauchemar .Les machines à café sont soit en panne ou alors une seule sur les deux fonctionne ,les tasses sont en quantité insuffisante et ces deux situations provoquent de longues queues . La presque totalité des animateurs a été renoulée .Seuls Mehdi et Scooby tentent de maintenir un niveau acceptable .

In 6 days(+ nights) I found only one staff that spoke English,which is OK for me since I speak enough Arabic to get by but when asked if they spoke English they should answer NO. I arrived late after midnight and Air France didn't bother to get my luggage in the same flight with me and the receptionist after I gave him the hotel vowcher he said he didn't have my name (like I cared) but he called whoever and handed me a key in 5min. Room OK ,just some soap in the bathroom ( normally don't care about the little toiletries but I got nothing with me,my luggage came 2 days later). The door signs with do not disturb did not seem to be enough, as people seem to steel it from door knob. Food ws good, large variety which included international cuisine and some local dishes. Local beer and wine were inclusive,rest alchoholic bevarages on pay. Lots of activities on poolside for adults and children with staff speaking French ,German and Russian.
