"Great location with parking provided as well as breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our requests. Biggest drawback was the elevators and ice machines. Not all the ice machines worked, so you were forced to go to several floors to get ice. One elevator was out of service the entire time; one broke down frequently and even though a repairman came out, it only worked for a short period of time. People on the higher level floors could not reach their rooms by elevator if above the 7th floor. We used the third elevator because we needed to load up our car when we were leaving. If you use the third elevator, on the 7th floor, you couldn't take the luggage carrier to your room because there were beams across the ceiling in the hallway that were too low to the luggage carrier to pass through. Other than the elevator situation which was very inconvenient being on the 7th floor and ice machines, the staff and accommodations were fine. We were even lucky enough to sit on our balcony and enjoy Pablo Cruise playing a concert at the pier."
