"The air conditioning didn’t work and the floor was dirty"

"This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits."

"Pros: Bed was comfy and staff was friendly. Pets aloud. Decent price. Con: Room/ bathroom was poorly cleaned. Floors were sticky and the fridge was as well making it hard to open. Toilet had stuff all over it along with the walls. All lights were unplugged along with charging station not working even when plugged in. Also breakfast could be better. Only option during our stay no matter the time was muffins, coffee, and a few yogurts."

"Room was fine. If there's no maid service for three days, that would have been nice to know in advance. The showers are death traps, slippery as an ice rink with no non-skid material. Basically, a lawsuit waiting to happen. Otherwise, the room was fine."

"Stayed here for two different days on a there and back road trip to Chicago. Clean rooms. Nice room layout. "Award-winning breakfast" is a stretch. Don't get your hopes up. And, while it's not the hotel's fault, the surrounding roadways are a nightmare. There are some potholes that could destroy your car if you're not careful. Assume this is due to the dead/dying mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, just be careful driving."

"To be fair, I had an injured leg and was staying due to my house renovation. This was extremely perfumed to the point that my clothes smelled after only a couple hours. If you don’t like strong smells…. Don’t go here. It is very dark. Little lighting , It is creepy to me. The toilet was very low and bathroom very tiny. I had to pull off my brace to stand up. I had my husband pick me up after a couple hours. I was still charged. But I needed to leave. It is very basic and you may...

"Faucet handle came off with first use. Tried putting it back on. Water would not stop running, called staff and they couldn’t fix it so they just turned the water off to the faucet and was told to use the water out of the tub to wash hands. AC did not work. Hotel seemed to be rundown. No microwave or no mini fridge in the room. Highly do not recommend."

"This place was just ok. I was pleased the pool was clean and in working order, but otherwise there was a lot that was underwhelming. On our second day, our keys stopped working, and when I went to get new ones, had to wait a long while because lots of folks were checking in and some were returning to the desk because their assigned rooms were dirty or had people actively in them. Overall, kinda spooky vibes, understaffed, and under-cared-for."

"I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money ."

"We had a corner suite with a King-size bed and the room was clean and very spacious. The staff was professional and easy to work with. The Breakfast was standard hotel fare and was fresh and well-maintained by the kitchen staff."

"Convenient stay after a concert to get a few hours rest before driving back home. Wafflemaker wasn’t working properly so we skipped breakfast"
