"This hotel needs a good cleaning!!! Comfort inn is usually on of our first picks when looking for a hotel. This one was so dirty! They keep the entrance tidy but once you get past that it is all downhill. I do have to say the bedding looked clean and was comfortable but we were pretty tired. After much conversation, were offered 1 room, never offered to "walk" us to another hotel nor provide a believable reason for why we were able to reserve if the rooms weren't actually avaliable and never notified of the issue until arrival. "I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working. I will be fixed maybe tomorrow. We only had rooms on the 3rd floor. Okay, things happen. Thinking I can go to the room and relax and watch tv. Nope there wasn’t a connection. "Had a bit of trouble figuring out the virtual check-in process (I should've done it in advance) but once I got through that, everything was good. I do wish there were more options to leave luggage in a locked cubby after after checkout, since you lose access to the building after your checkout time, but the staff member that was there on Sunday was there until 4 pm and let me in. (This is mostly an issue for Sunday checkout since the restaurant is open late other days)"
