"This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits."

"We reported a profusely leaking showerhead and our bed frame being broken the morning after check in. They told us they would address it and never did. I reported it again and that we needed our room cleaned a couple days later. Nothing happened. Then I got a text asking how my stay was going and I reported all of the above and was told they were understaffed and got no follow up. "Only thing available for b-fast was coffee. But only sugar was available-no sweetener. Halls needed to be vacuumed as did room. There are enough choices of motels in the area so that I would stay at another. Front desk help was very nice, though. Stan Potler"

"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."

"Room was not very clean. Also had to wait 1 hour to check in and make a few different phone calls to get someone out to check us in. What kind of hotel ends their check in so early. Would not recommend"

"The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gregory, in the breakfast area, was especially helpful and friendly. My husband recently had his leg amputated and this was our first trip since then. The manager and front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful. It is a wonderful place to stay!"

"I wasn't sure about the no-front-desk hotel setup, but my stay was very pleasant. I stayed for 2 weeks, and there's a bit of a DIY element here -- housekeeping service is an add-on -- but the supply closet was always stocked. I stayed in the Deluxe King room with a sitting area. It was a lovely, quiet room with plenty of space. The restaurant in the lobby is amazing, too.
