"Pool was green, breakfast was cold, including the coffee, room was dingy and not well maintained. The bed was lumpy and hard. The overnight manager was useless and unhelpful when he could be found"

"Valet and check-in desk staff were awesome-super friendly. My room wasn't in the best shape- tons of scratches and knicks out of the wall and paint. Overall, it just didn't feel clean. The layout of the room was really odd too- no door on the shower, just a shower curtain. ? And you had to turn sideways to get to the head of the bed because the walls only about 12" away from the wall. The bed was comfortable, but overall lots of outside and hallway noise. "
