"The woman housekeeper was outstanding. She kept room spotless. All was great. She was pleasant."

"According to their website, they charge $15/night for the pet fee, but they actually charge by the weight of the dog, which in my case was $30/night for a 63 lb dog. There is also not much space to walk your dog. The breakfast was coffee and pre-packaged sugary treats, like powdered doughnuts."

"The associate at check in was friendly and very efficient. The hotel and room are in good condition. The only negative would be that some trim work was being done in the halls and there were some wood scraps near the elevator and some splinters in the hallway going to our room. Nothing major but the contractor should do better cleaning during the job. "

"This is a tough review- the place itself is great. Very clean and staff very helpful. However, please note, this is in a not so nice/safe feeling neighborhood. We would not feel safe walking around in the evening/after dark. There were a couple of men sleeping right outside the parking lot when we left today. That being said - the inn itself is truly a gem! Beware, the parking is tight, on site food options (except breakfast) are slim but you can order from some local eateries that will...

"The actual room was fine. Clean and updated. The common areas like the lobby, hallways and elevators were pretty dirty. Garbage overflowing, dirty floors, dirty surfaces. Only stayed for one night so it was fine but if it was longer I would have left."

"Clean, comfortable, simple room. The issue was that my room faced 40th Street, and the traffic noise was very loud! Usually, I don't mind such noise if it is low, but definitely these were the thinnest windows ever!"

"Room was very clean and spacious, had a personal welcome message on TV. We got the King Suite, 3rd floor. Plenty of parking, amenities available are gym, pool goes inside and outside, restaurant, bar, laundry room. They also have businesses in there as well."
