"Used a 3rd party to book my stay. Desk Clerk made it seem frowned upon to use a 3rd party booking service. I had to pay an extra $40 fee because of this for ‘incidentals’. Room was clean and served its purpose. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Could not find any staff to check out. Just left key card on the desk after waiting for over 15 minutes. I only booked at this hotel because it was close to the hospital where my husband was a patient. I will have to book again but...

"The proximity to the turnpike was great. Upon checking in we were greeted by the receptionist. We needed ice and the ice bucket lid was nasty looking. Once we turned the bathroom light on it sounded like someone was stuck in the vent. Apparently the motor needs to warm up. The vent did show cobwebs and such.
