"This was the worst stay we have ever had at a hotel. The pool was disgusting, algae all over windows, pool was in usable, handle was missing. The door mechanism at the top of our bedroom had completely came off as we opened the door. The place was dirty, unkept. We stayed one night due to no other place to stay and left the next am. Couldn't get ahold of anyone to tell them we were leaving. There were random mechanical and cleaning closests left wide open for kids to wonder into. There was HVAC stuff all laid in the one yard. Curtains falling down in our room. And so much more!!"

"The TV ran through WiFi and the WiFi connection was terrible. The showers were for people 5 foot tall or less. The bathroom sink was filthy. The beds were hard and the pillows were too thick. Breakfast was minimal. Coffee was brown water. They did give you a free drink ticket at the bar that I wish I had used."

"Hotel was beautiful, my room was fantastic, hotel staff was helpful and courteous! I would stay at this hotel again and again. Pool was a little untidy but I straightened things up while I was in there because that's the kind of person I am but everything else is fantastic my only wish would be that there was bacon for breakfast. I will stay there again next year. I have two events that I go to every year in that area and I would definitely stay at this hotel again and again! I love that the television was on when I walked in the room and it was a greeting on there for me and there was one telling me bon voyage and thank you for staying, which I thought was a very cute touch. I love the little wet bar area. Love the pull-out couch. Loved my bed, love the shower, love the dual closets! I will stay there again in December and again in April each year. "

"We have stayed here before, but this time it was not good. The room had only 1 towel, half a roll of toilet paper, no hair dryer (but the wal rack was there), and the A/C was subpar. There were no drinking cups however there was an ice bucket. :/ My husband described the 3 small pillows "as flat as the Kansas praire." And when our pizza was delivered to the front desk instead of our room, no one called to tell us. Granted, the delivery driver was at fault in that too, but the front desk staff was there too. The room key actually says, "Need Room Service? Dominos delivers." Dont be fooled.... they do not. The sheets were stained, but they were clean. The furniture was broken and dingy. Parking was fine. We will stay elsewhere next time, even if we do have to spend more. "
