"Love the staff, always willing to help with everything! Location was great for us! It’s in West Shinjuku which is great for families as it’s not as hectic as other Toyko areas! Close to Shinjuku Station! The room was great, comfortable with everything you need! "

"Had a great stay, room was a good size (bed was a bit small for 2 people)location was nice 20 min walk to central Shinjuku and quick access to metro. Narita express bus was a 5 min walk to catch back to the airport which was nice. "

"The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"

"We got a free room upgrade, but it requires a lot of convincing. Overall experience in the hotel was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. The customer service was exceptionally good, since everybody is so well mannered from the receptionist to housekeeping. "

"Everything about Hotel Cen was great. More of a personal matter the area was a little weirder at night and didn’t realize it was the Korean area of Japan. So not my choice of dinning experiences around. But the staff and everyone was super friendly and helpful. "

"The staff was friendly and fluent in English. The sleep pod is more comfortable than you would expect. There is an entire floor dedicated to showers and a large area with mirrors and hair dryers. It was very nice to have all of that available. They also have umbrellas to borrow, and provide sleepwear, eye masks, toothbrushes, shavers, shampoo/body wash, everything you need to be comfortable. There’s also in unit laundry so you can wash your clothes during your stay. I also enjoyed the views...
