"totally amazing hotel!!!! so much free food and drinks 24 hours a day in the lobby and so much accommodation! staff was so incredibly friendly and also at the desk 24 hrs a day. ONLY complaint was the frequent couples stopping in for you know.. and having to hear them. they should really monitor the noise of other guests while they do their private activities and absolutely kick them out if they are disturbing other guests. it was pretty gross to hear. "

"Conveniently located near subway station, lots of shopping within walking distance, English speaking staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious with a nice selection. Washer/dryer in room was a plus! "

"This hotel was great! Clean, comfortable beds, fabulous breakfast with many options, and very convenient to Shinjuku station. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance, very accessible and helpful staff, not yo mention luxury shampoo, body wash and best hair dryer I’ve ever used. "

"Check in and out was super easy. The staff are nice and the hotel itself is very clean. It is near the red light district of Shinjuku so I think there could be some adult companionship rentals because they allow min of 3 hours to “rest” but we didn’t see or experience anything seedy. Our room was roomy in Japanese standards, and the shower is large and had great water pressure. "

"2nd time stay here for our Tokyo trip. Best location for shopping/dining/transportation. Walkable to Shinjuku station which will take you everywhere in Japan. Lots of malls around as well as various restaurants. Would stay again next time."

Before checking out we asked for help from the front desk concerning Airporter luggage pick up. The employee was not knowledgeable about the issue and we were helped to navigate the phone to succeed.. howerever..at one point the gentleman told my wife that usually the customers handle that themselves.
