"The staff here is 100% bilingual and very good about helping foreigners not only book their stays but navigate Japan. No problems at all. The hotel service and room cleaning was impressive and thorough as I've ever seen at a hotel. The only downside I'd say here is the rooms are small. And I think that's more to do with Japanese hotels in this area. I was out and about so much I didn't really notice, but that's a real concern, especially if you're staying with other people. Breakfast was great. They had Western and Japanese offerings and both were delicious! Shinjuku is very much big city Tokyo -- it felt like NYC at times. The environment is lively and the nights were surprisingly quiet. I'd recommend this spot to travelers, especially those under 40."

"Pleasant stay. No check-in before 3pm and it’s a hard limit. Breakfast isn’t on site so you’re better off going to the 7-Eleven a few doors down. No regular showers The Onsen is good, though so you have to be comfortable in your birthday suit. Pod was clean, but no air flow, no fan, got very hot very quick. Loud (people snoring) bring ear plugs. If you are over 6ft1 you will struggle. I’m 6ft2 and I couldn’t stretch out inside the pod."

"The hotel is in a convenient area of Shinjuku with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. However, the room was quite small, making it difficult to fully open large luggage. The room also felt a bit dated, and the portable AC unit wasn't powerful enough to keep the room comfortably cool. While the location is good, it's not quite as close to the train station as we expected, so be prepared for a 15-20 minutes walk. Overall, it was a good stay for the price and location."

"This hotel is in an amazing location. Walking distance to most things or an easy metro ride to everything. The hotel provides a lot of toiletries which is great since I packed light. A lot of greedy people did abuse the free toiletries which is a shame. The breakfast was great. There’s many options and if you get creative you can make different items each day. The rooms are very tiny which I was expecting but I thought the room we booked was bigger. I think the pictures on Orbitz are very misleading but either way this hotel is a fantastic option for visitors"
