"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. "The property is located in an ideal spot due to its proximity to two stations. The metro lines were easy for us to use and access. But what really set this place apart from others is the hospitality of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. "Great location and not too far from the main hub. 10 min walk to shinjuku station or 1 min walk to okubo if you are in a hurry. Local restaurants and convenience stores within feet of the location. Love the washer and dryer in the unit that is included with the stay. No complaints at all. First floor unit was a bonus for us with 4 luggage. A bit small compared to other places we’ve stayed but it was expected. Overall a great place. Zero complaints."

"As a retired couple from Australia, this was our first ever Japanese hotel stay. We were very happy with our choice. Check in was smooth, with the staff both helpful and friendly. When language was an issue, Google Translate worked a treat both ways. Our room was well-equipped and comfortable. Great Wi-Fi, very large TV and a very efficient air conditioner. The supplied products (shampoos, moisturisers, etc) were numerous, very generous and of excellent quality. The provided free facilities...

"Near train stations, walking distance to restaurants, The entrance to hotel registeration has a one-way escalator, or steps up. No breakfast offered, just coffee/tea, pastries. That DJ booth is only for local artist recording there. There is no actual dj playing music there. Front desk agents could offer little more helpful insight to what is around that area to first time visitors."

"Fantastic hotel. They really know how to utilize a small room. Everything was efficiently laid out. The onsen was very nice to relax in every night. The only small small problem was that the dryers didn’t really drive very well so after two cycles, I ended up having to hang things all over my room ha ha ha."

The hotel is in the heart of Tokyo nightlife, which may not be ideal for little children (especially since nightlife seems to extend to 8 in the morning. Nonetheless, the hotel itself is a quiet respite in a very busy area. It’s close to everything, especially Shinjuku station, shopping and dining. We enjoyed being able to move about easily at all hours."
