"The bathtub was heavily rusted and looked dirty; I couldn't shower properly because rusty water kept getting on me. I mentioned this to the staff, but there was no real response. Although the fire alarm didn't sound, it kept flashing every 10 seconds, which disrupted my sleep."

"The front desk staff wasn’t helpful or accommodating. Poor customer service and breakfast wasn’t as appealing. We stayed on the first level and the house keeping and maintenance was super helpful and great customer service. Any issues in regards to our room they tried to resolve them."

"The room was the last one which wasn’t the original room I booked. Then I get in the room and it smelled like mildew. I told the front desk she said ok was that was it. It must have been a leak in the room because there was a huge fan there which they never bothered to remove. I travel a lot so I’ve stayed in many hotels. Needless to say the 331 for the room was not worth it."
