As mentioned in other reviews, visible homelessness in the area however they didn’t loiter about the hotel property and didn’t cause us any problem. It’s a good place to stay for the night if you’re passing through and need something economical."

"The bedding had poop and blood stains and the brown girl at the desk double charged me. They don’t provide breakfast other then juice and coffee and yogurt and the rooms are dated and musty. I grew up in Duncan and moved to Ontario and travel for work but the standard this place had put the bar in hell and you have to limbo under it. 10/10 do not recommend."

"The room was basic and clean.Air conditioner worked well.Surprising choice of TV options. Fridge and freezer both worked well.Downside for me was no blowdryer in the bathroom but I would stay here again."

On Expedia there is no disclosure of this just that you’ll get good rest…when we arrived and checked in there was again no disclosure of this. Arriving in the room we noticed earplugs and thought that was weird but later realized that is because the semi trucks are going all hours of the night! "What an absolutely stunning property. Great location, was so peaceful and relaxing. The garden is spectacular and the goats were adorable. The breakfast every morning was delicious! Bring your appetite! Honestly can’t say enough good things about this Bed & Breakfast. Thank you Kelly. Also, our thanks to Gabby our breakfast gal. We will be back one day soon."

"Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!"
