Facilities engineering should be applauded for their responsiveness and cleanliness. Minor toilet issue was resolved within 15 minutes upon contact. Contactless key cover for room door was found on the floor and repaired immediately. Super convenient hotel located above MTR station and MOKO mall. Gym, sauna (dry and steam), swimming pool, and hot tub makes the Royal Plaza a highly recommended stay in the future for family and friends. No laundry on premise, but Sunshine Laundry Service is affordable and nearby."

"I appreciated the early check-in and being given a lovely room with Harbour views. The staff was excellent. Queenie, the receptionist was wonderful and so was the house cleaning staff. The location was very convenient with a lovely walk along the promenade to some of the main attractions. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately, it was always crowded with lots of kids."

"Perfect location right next to the MTR and a short walk to avenue of the stars. Happy Friendly staff who talk good English & Breakfast was very good. Only thing I could fault was the bed was hard but I wouldn't let this effect my stay everything out weighed that minor issue. I would stay here agin"
