Another guest who happened to be entering when I arrived gave me her number, then took her around an hour just to answer me and let me in. First night stayed in a very small room, with a very tight bed, which was so uncomfortable. Later moved to another room. Location is great, with many shops nearby and English commonly spoken...

"部屋はとても綺麗で、4人家族にはちょうど良く、立地もいいため快適でしたが、 チェックインの際ナンバーロックの鍵が一旦レバーを押し込んでから暗証番号を押さないと開かないことや電池が切れそうだったこと。(こちらで単三電池4本購入) ゴミ捨て方法やゴミ袋が少ないことが不満でした。海外の場合は、ホテルのほうが無難なように感じてしまい残念です。"

"近くにスタバとセブン、食事ができるお店はいくつかありました。ロッテマートと近いです。タオルは毎日交換していただけると口コミに記載していますが、それはありませんでした。洗濯機があるので自分たちで洗濯した方がいいのかもしれません。（洗剤はどはありました）ゴミは自分たちで捨てますが、すぐそばにゴミ捨て場がありますので不便はありません。冷蔵庫も大きくいろいろ買い込めました。4日間快適にすごせました。オーナー様とLINEでやり取りもできましたし何一つ不安なことはなかったです。ありがとうございました。"

"Run Away.... we booked and pay in full, we got an email confirmation. But when we arrived there, nobody was answering the phone, and we found out that place was rented already. I was there with my family and 2 Kids waiting for 2 hours an answer on the phone from the property management .After 100 calls, The guy finally responded but even didn’t apologize and said we should have reconfirm 3days before even if was paid in full !!! He only said don’t worry you will get reimbursed when I was waiting...
