"The location was pretty good, easy walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants, including Train St. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the Grand Terrace room as having a private outdoor area to relax in is a big priority for us, and whilst it was actually pretty big we were a little disappointed that we could barely use it as there was no cover. The day the sun was out it was nice (although super glary so bit hard to relax & read) and the remaining days it rained (which is unavoidable of course) but with no cover and the seats being soaking wet we couldn’t really use the space. Rain can’t be helped but a large outdoor shade umbrella or an awning so the area can be enjoyed regardless of the weather would have been great. We were also not aware or advised until we arrived that the hotel bar is directly above the room. We were very lucky as it wasn’t too busy up there so we didn’t get much disturbance from it, except when it sounded like chairs or furniture were being moved around, but just something to be aware of if you are considering this room type. Overall we were comfortable, but for the price of the terrace room I would potentially look for options that provide a bit of cover if that’s important to you."

"Staff went beyond duty to make ur stay luxurious and comfortable. Good choices for buffet breakfast. Rooms are spacious and location is super central to everything. Night market, beer garden is right at the door but cant hear noise in the room. Loved it. Has a sister hotel (indochin Le major) 2 mins away which has amazing spa."
