Great place to stay - quiet, clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and a safe. Good location but far enough away from the busy streets around the Old Quarter. All the staff were very friendly and helped me with booking my trip to Halong Bay. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay

We really liked our stay, the staff was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. They helped us book an amazing day trip to Ninh Binh, they gave us a lot of great recommendations on things to do in Hanoi. The location of the hotel is also good, a lotnof stores and places to est nearby.

We love the family room. The room is really modern, spacious, and clean. The hotel is situated close to the train station, busy market, and eat-all-you-can bbq buffets. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

I had an 18-hour layover in Hanoi, so I entered the city. In the morning I left my luggage and went sightseeing, then checked in during the afternoon. Although it was just a short stay—I took a shower, had a nap, and checked out at night—the staff were very friendly and the room was clean. I also tried two restaurants from the map of recommended spots they gave me, and both were so delicious that I definitely want to visit them again. I also used the airport transfer service, and I found the pricing to be reasonable. Next time, I’d love to stay longer!

We had a family room which was clean and quiet (which is hard to come by in Hanoi). Staff is so friendly and willing to help make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. They helped us receive a bag we accidentally left in our previous hotel and made a wonderful effort for my son birthday - cake, candles and beautiful card - thank you La Cascada - keep up the good work and we will stay again if in Hanoi.

This place is a gem, the staff all went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during the stay. They were especially great about giving a crash course on the old quarter and must stop places. The value of booking here was amazing, I highly recommend it!

We had a good stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The room was a good size, clean, and had both a/c and a fan. We also did not find it to be noisy outside. The location in terms of getting to food and the area around hoan kiem lake was very convenient, however cars cannot drive down the street the hotel is on so taking a grab or a tour out of the city can be a little tough but we did make it work. Overall, we had a good stay.

Located in a little alley near the train tracks, but still easy to get Grab you just need to walk a little ways (if taking a car). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. The staff was absolutely amazing!

Lovely & very accomodating staff. We had a nice room with great wifi, great air conditioning, and a cute little apartment with nice plants. It is a very convenient location, walking distance from all of the good sights in Hanoi. Would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel at the top of the Old Quarter.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic. They were so nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I found the location odd, our room overlooked the railway line, but it was double-glazed and we heard nothing. The room was spacious and had good aircon, and the bathroom was updated. But, it was a little bit tired and lacked some home comforts. For example, the mini fridge never chilled anything.

We stayed at La Cascada on 3 occasions during our long stay in Hanoi, leaving intermittently for some short trips. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our early morning or late night check-ins a breeze. They also assisted with airport transfers, communicating with tour operators, and much more. The hotel itself was clean, with large rooms, comfortable beds, and cold AC which was critical to sleeping comfortably in the summer heat. My only recommendation would be to have a locked room for luggage storage. They currently store luggage monitored by the 24/7 front desk staff.
