If you have WhatsApp, if your phone has a translation feature for English, or if you are comfortable speaking English, you should seriously consider this hotel. They can solve a lot of your problems and make your trip much easier.
First, let me mention the small downsides:
โข The washing machine is located in the hallway, and you canโt use it after 10 PM.
โข Laundry detergent isnโt provided; youโll need to purchase it from the supermarket downstairs.
โข The address listed on the website differs slightly from the actual locationโitโs about a five-minute walk away.
Now, hereโs why I strongly recommend this hotel and my personal experience:
On my way to the airport, I accidentally left my phone and all my ID cards in the car arranged by the hotel. After realizing this, I struggled to get in touch with the hotel using Skype on my iPad. When I finally reached them, they immediately contacted the front desk staff who had helped arrange my ride the night before. At 7 AM, even though that staff member had just finished an overnight shift and was resting, they still helped reach out to the driver. Within two hours, my phone and all my IDโs were returned to me.
