The breakfast buffet was superb. We visited the spa and the Sky Bar and enjoyed both, with the staff continuing to provide a terrific experience. The hotel’s location in the Old Quarter makes every voyage outside the front doors and adventure. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is centrally located, comfy beds but their pillows are huge , polite and helpful staff (Jimmy, Alex and Jenny) , we didn't opt for breakfast so can't comment on it. overall a very great experience. "

"The staff were exceptional at this hotel, very friendly and helpful. They organised my tour to Ha Long Bay too. Upon check in they knew I was vegetarian (mentioned on my tour booking) and provided me with a list of nearby vegetarian restaurants which was really helpful. Before I set off on the day tour of Ha Long bay they gave me a bag with water and fruit for the journey ahead. Small things but make such a difference. The roof top bar was nice and spacious and the breakfast was good, with western and local options. The shower in the bathroom was a bit small but I didn’t mind as the location was excellent. This hotel was recommended to me through a friend and I will certainly recommend it to others."
