Amazing hotel

The hotel is excellent. Its location is perfect, close downtown, restaurants, laundry services, markets, etc. The breakfast is amazing, with fruit, scrambled eggs e omelettes made on time, coffe, Vietnamise coffee, yogurt, bread etc. The room is so comfortable and the service is polite. I defintively recommend it.

The washroom is so tiny. No proper door in washroom. Washroom door can’t be fully opened as the toilet obstructs. I’m a short (5ft) and even for me the sink was really, really low. Water splashes everywhere, when tap is turned on.

Unacceptable for a Mercure

Location of the hotel is convenient for my work around the area however the room itself is not the most desirable. The pillows provided was flat so I took the extra pillows from the cupboard and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. My neck and my upper back was itching so bad that I threw the 2 pillows from the cupboard onto the floor. Then I wrapped the soft pillow with towel before I could sleep. I suspect it was dust mites from the 2 pillows in the cupboard. For a Mercure, I find this unacceptable

I will be making a formal complaint about this hotel! After a very long and tired day, I was feeling cold and there was limited hot water! I was showering and the water went cold. We called reception who quickly sent someone to look at the issues and they said that this is an ongoing problem and we would have to wait for the water to warm up. This is a joke, I would never have stayed there if I had known this. We stayed there for 2 days (4 of us in 2 rooms) and we all had that problem.
