私たちにとってはベストなホテルでした。 あらゆる観光地が近くにあり、ハノイの街の散策にぴったりな立地です。暑い時間はホテルに一度戻ってリフレッシュ、日が傾いたら再出発…と柔軟に1日の予定を組めます。 清潔で快適。設備も十分。エアコンはしっかり効くし、シャワーはお湯も出ます。スタッフはみなさん対応が良く、笑顔がすてきです。 朝食は狭いながらもどれも美味しかったです。ベトナムのきゅうりの美味しさに驚きました…！ 目の前が食堂街なので、ホテルから出てすぐに一通りのローカルフードを楽しめるのも嬉しかったです。コインランドリーもすぐ近く。その割に夜もうるさくなく、ぐっすり眠れました。 注意点は、滞在中、エレベーターが壊れて一晩使えませんでした。私たちは4階だったので大丈夫でしたが、もし最上階だったら大変…。 あと、シャワーがフックから落ちやすく、外して使っていました。 そういう小さな不具合も旅の楽しい思い出として楽しめる人なら問題ないです。それ以上に、衛生的で安全ながらもベトナムらしいローカル感を味わえる、最高の宿でした。

The bathroom shower head had very bad rust stains or calcium buildup, checked an upgrade room and it was the same. Overall feel of the property was more like a bed-and-breakfast or dorm-style lodging. It didn’t meet the expectations of a 4-star property compared to others we’ve stayed at. The breakfast options were just okay.

Bathroom floor kept flooding because the shower drain wasn't draining well. Breakfast is mediocre. Courtyard view was of the junkyard outside, better to advertise as no view than to false promise. Overall, staff were friendly and location is excellent, but this is a 3.5 star stay at best.

Do yourself a favor and put this place on your list if you are looking for a great place to stay in Hanoi. The city can be a bit overwhelming -- and other travelers had told me that the Old Quarter can be noisy at night. Sky Charm is ideally located -- close enough to walk but far enough away as to be quiet and comfortable. In addition, the property sits on a "side street" where 3 short avenues come together -- mostly foot traffic (with an occasional shooter.) This block has many venues (street food, sit-down restaurants, bars, salons, etc.) just steps away from the hotel and in relaxed environments. It was fun to just stroll outside to get a quick bite to eat or a drink -- people watching is always fun! The breakfast buffet was well-prepared, extensive, and delicious. Rooms are comfortable and functional -- the showers in particular were top-notch. But the real stars of this property are the staff, all of whom were friendly and efficient in their tasks. The folks at the front desk were OUTSTANDING -- super-patient with my lack of Vietnamese, helpful in their suggestions, and informative regarding nearby tours/excursions. I felt like a guest who was welcomed, not just a customer -- their collective attention and demeanor truly made for a great stay and one that I will remember for years to come. I can't wait to come back again!

great location for people like to be in the middle of a street foods area. This is not a 4 stars hotel. It would be a 2.5 stars. Room was quite small. The staff was helpful but not the type of services you would expect from a 4 stars US hotels.

Excellent location right beside train street. It's inside of a strip with multiple restaurants. Staffing was excellent as well. Very helpful and allowed me to check in early. They also help communicate with the sleeper bus company when we weren't getting any communication from them. Rooms were alittle small but the bed was comfortable and sheets were very clean, probably because they charge guest if they stain sheets, but to me it makes the experience better because it holds people accountable. Honestly I cannot think of anything to complain about. This was the second best place I stayed in Hanoi out of the six hotels I stayed at.

Costumer service is excellent, the ladies in the front desk Chiara and Sophie so helpful and accomodating they help us to book tour and transport they make-our stay so pleasant.The foods are excellent the hotel is close to all ammenities and very close to the famous Hanoi train street. Down load your whatsapp if you travel any where in the world.

Four nights in Hanoi and we kept missing the trains on Train Street so we stayed one last night here at Sky Charm which is close to Train Street. Updated older hotel with quality bedding on a standard firm mattress in an area with lots to see and do.

The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner runs smoothly and the space is quiet at night. Great location, just a few minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake walking street and the train street. I really like the breakfast buffet here - with pho, eggs and bread. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The price is reasonable compared to the central area. If you want a simple, clean, central place to stay - Sky Charm Hanoi hotel & spa is a good choice.

Sky Charm Hanoi hotel & spa is an ideal choice when you want to explore Hanoi Old Quarter. I like the modern space, clean and fragrant room. The staff is enthusiastic, check-in is quick, help me bring my luggage to the room. The location is close to many famous restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. Breakfast is not too diverse but the quality is quite good. With a mid-range price, I think this is a very worthwhile choice to experience when coming to Hanoi.

The hotel is located right in the center of the Old Quarter, a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. The room is clean, modern equipment, comfortable bed. The staff is extremely friendly, enthusiastic support from check-in to taxi booking. The breakfast buffet is quite rich, with both Vietnamese and Western dishes. Overall it is worth it. I will come back if I have the opportunity to visit Hanoi again.

I liked the that there are many food options around the area and really nice staff members. The only inconvenience was that the tub was not against the wall so when you took a shower water would go behind the tub and get the whole bathroom floor wet.

The room though small was ideal as a solo traveller The staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to assist me There is no car access to the hotel but the staff are there to assist with luggage etc. The choice of breakfast is wonderful for a dmall hotel, the only drawback is the small dining area. Gteat access to train street and there are so many dining options on the mall outside it wil satisfy anyone's culinary needs
