The hotel and its property is well kept, big factor is its a new boutique. 2nd day didn’t have buffet which was a surprised cause it’s supposed to be daily. staff are helpful and speaks english (most of them, not all)
It's probably the best Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. Excellent and extraordinary service, always an eye to make your stay more comfortable. Thanks a lot.

Excellent hotel for business traveller or family. The room is very nice design at all angle. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again
The suite was nice looking but not practical, if your clothes or towel was wet you have no here to hang to dry. The closet was limited with space for maybe a days worth of clothes to hang. The light switches are wired funny that it took a good while to figure out the combination to turn it all off. Location ok stage great with my kid.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
The biggest highlight was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it made our stay truly special.
The hotel is beautifully and very thoughtfully designed, with stylish and tastefully decorated rooms that feel both luxurious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
We also loved the rooftop pool, which was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious and even local options to start the day.
The hotel is situated in a quieter area, allowing for peaceful nights, good rest, while still being within easy walking distance of great cafés and restaurants, and a short ride to Hanoi center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return on our next visit to Hanoi. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

Everything about our stay—from start to finish—was truly remarkable. We stayed in the Tonkin Suite, and from the moment we walked in, the quality of the design, fixtures, and materials was immediately apparent. The suite is beautifully executed and absolutely worth booking if available.
Ahead of our arrival, I mentioned we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond. When we returned from dinner on our first night, we were welcomed with a thoughtful surprise—a beautifully presented cake with fresh fruit and flowers, a fruit platter, a bottle of wine, and a handwritten birthday card. It far exceeded our expectations.
The spa was another highlight. We booked a 120-minute couples massage, and the therapists were confident, attentive, and highly skilled. One of the best massage experiences we’ve had.
Breakfast each morning was beautifully presented, with an excellent mix of local Vietnamese and Western options.
The location is ideal—just outside the main hustle and bustle, yet still walkable to the Old Quarter, with West Lake, cafés, and restaurants nearby.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi.
This hotel looks very nice decor wise but the service is really quite poor and staff don’t seem well trained at all.
The icing on the cake was a crane arriving in the middle of the night dumping huge metal bars on top of the ceiling of our top floor room.
It’s also a bit too far away from the old town. Would not recommend this hotel.
