"Good location in the LES. A few blocks to the subway and shops"

"Summary: Incredible staff went above and beyond. They just about overcame the issues related to the renovations beginning and being needed for the room in which we stayed. The lobby has already been completed, and looks excellent. I would stay here again after the rooms have been renovated. The rooms are huge by NYC standards and the views are excellent (three bridges!). Details: On top of the rooms being at the end of their natural life, the bathtub and shower valves did not seem to work...

"Easy shuttle and arrival check-in. The airport shuttle is available 24 hours and that was a plus. I would recommend, if a layover is required because of its proximity, ease to and departure. Property is clean. "

"This was a great hotel for JFK layover. They have a prompt airport shuttle and had good food and drink options available late at night and in the morning. They have a clientele made of pilots and airline staff so very accommodating. Staff was wonderful. Beds comfy and rooms were quiet!"

"It was okay. The water had a slight tinge of sewer taste to it. The breakfast offered was lacking. Other than that is was an acceptable place to stay. I’ll probably revisit on my next trip."

"The property itself was okay but wasn’t worth it for the high price. The front desk staff was a bit rude and not accommodating until I mentioned that they was a gold elite Marriott Bonvoy member. The thermostat in the room was very loud and disturbing all night."

"Ken at the front desk is absolutely outstanding very helpful very pleasant very friendly. I didn’t have a fridge in my room and I’m diabetic. I needed to put my insulin and my drinks and within Minutes he arranged a fridge for me. The room is very clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. I highly recommend this hotel"
