"For any Elvis fan the hotel will be great. However , overall, it is a bit overrated. I think what was most disappointing were our encounters with the coffee shop staff. They seemed not to know where anything was and did not have customer service skills. The front desk staff were very friendly though. You can expect a pretty typical hotel stay and for the price it doesn’t deliver as expected."

"Had a good stay here. It really is one of a kind. We had a good time.
Check in is at 4pm which is a bit of a shame in my opinion, luckily we got in an hour or so early. Room was clean but did find cookie crumbs all over the coffee machine area.
We stayed in the duck cabin and it was really impressive. My only gripe was the balcony wasnt private like the other rooms.
Id also like to see maybe a few more restaurants/bars here. They could make a fortune here by keeping on the property.

"The hotel is a typical airport hotel. I stayed here after my connecting flight to Chicago was missed. I arrived around 6pm and left at 3am for my early morning flight the next day. The gym was closed and inoperable. The room was dusty and had a weird bleach mix smell. The bed was comfy and free of bed bugs. The room was dated and definitely for a limited stay.
