The woman who checked us in was very nice and offered us a bottled water. The set up of the lobby was uninviting, however, with glass between us and a small place to slide my ID. She had a little door to slide the water bottles through, which made it feel like it may be a shady, unsafe area. I would stay there again,...

"The staff was very pleasant. The property is old but had some nice elements and was clean. Two complaints, I had an outside door that had huge gaps around the frame - light, air, noise easily came through. Also, there was a chronic smell of pot/weed all over (including in my room) and plenty of noise (music) from neighboring rooms. In a non-smoking room and hotel, this is a problem for me."

"The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there. I'm glad we were in the room and they left. If we weren't there we don't know what would...

"Hotel itself was clean. The pool had broken stairs on the ladder. Informed the front desk and the next morning it was closed so couldn’t use it again on our stay. Paid for breakfast ahead on our stay. Breakfast was decent tasting. Waited for toast to come until after our meal was cold and almost done and the toast was dry and cold with 1 slice which seamed odd."
